It hurts to see cracks, stripes of indolence, indiscipline that mark central streets of the city; neighbors who have used them to resolved their problems and end up forgetting that the public road is also part of the city to which they belong.

San Clemente, San Pablo and Lugareño streets were the protagonists of the lens of our photographer, who through these snapshots exposes the irresponsible doings of citizens and institutions in charge of the subject.
