Taking into account that this Seminar is an opportunity to learn about the gastronomic traditions of Camaguey, another important moment will be the Presentation and Contest of Regional Traditional Food of typical dishes of Camaguey, in the Plaza del Carmen at 5:30 in the afternoon.
