Radio Cadena Agramonte today turns 65 years old. On such an important date for one of the media that formed important personalities of journalism and broadcasting in the country, it is valid to highlight the actions that unite the Office of the Historian of Camagüey City (OHCC) to the media institution.

In this sense, the presence of OHCC specialists stands out in sections of great acceptance by listeners and inserted in spaces with recognized prestige such as Meridiano.

Topics related to citizen education and the dissemination of the most important cultural activities appear in the programming of the provincial radio station.

Radio Revista Hoy, for example, opens microphones every week for the diversity of proposals that the Office organizes for the enjoyment of the family.

Similarly, the link with the journalists of the information department constitutes a strength for the communication of the heritage and the work of the OHCC; a solid road that, on this side, is a priority.

Radio Cadena Agramonte has significantly accompanied the 25 years of the Office. Through the call and reach of the radio, the heritage city has a voice and, like it, it is in the heart of the people.
