The Interpretation Center “Camagüey heritage city” hosted the press conference of the CREATIVE INDUSTRIES ARTE PLAZA project, with the premise of exposing and presenting to the media the corporate purpose, vision and great possibilities of this project. Funded by the European Union and executed by the Office of the Historian of Camagüey city and the Non-Governmental Organizations Care International and Oikos, ARTE PLAZA proposes to strengthen the capacities of cultural, economic and local population agents, for an inclusive and articulated management of five creative industries in the main public spaces of the historic center of Camagüey.

The Master Plan management presentation, promoted a fruitful dialogue between the journalists present and the specialists of the Office. Concerns, successes and suggestions were the main topics of the exchange, and the call for a next meeting was left open to keep the press informed about the work phases of the project.
