The building unit where the Business Area of the Banco Popular de Ahorro and a family home are currently located -Salvador Cisneros 120 and 122 between Raúl Lamar and Pobres- is an eclectic building with two single-storey semi-detached houses, whose formal expression of modernist influence constitutes a rare specimen in its decoration.

Similar to another located on Lope Recio Street, probably the work of the same author, its façade is structured in three entrances and four windows. The entrances in the form of a large doorway are made up of semicircular arched openings, trimmed by pilasters that have a high pedestal, padded shaft and simple capital on which an arch with linear zigzag decoration rests.

On the frieze it has triangular pediments that rank the aforementioned covers. The whole is linked by a surface made of white tile trencadis in the form of an alfiz.

The openings of the windows are garnished by pilasters with double pedestals and fluted shafts, topped by two molded circles. The bay has railing.

The building is topped by an openwork parapet -which is smooth on the access portals, behind the pediments-, and on the pillars by two circular elements also molded.

The spatial distribution along a paired interior patio for the two houses is structured in a living room, a parlor, five bedrooms, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom, as well as two service rooms with their bathroom.

The room and the parlor are divided by two semicircular arches supported by double columns with decoration similar to that of the façade, as it is the gallery that overlooks the patio, supported by an arcade of six semicircular arches and columns of the same design. It did not require fancy decorations. The floor is mosaic and in the halls there are some straight-cut columns. The roof is flat on both levels.
