The general objective of the Creative Industries Project in Camagüey city is to contribute to the revitalization of cultural life as a promoter of local socioeconomic development, with the enhancement of its cultural heritage.
Cultural heritage is a living entity that, if properly managed, involving all the actors that affect it, including the resident population, and articulating the factors that can affect it positively or negatively, can become an agent that stimulates local socioeconomic development, without losing one’s own values and reinforcing identity.
