Part of the artistic work of the photographer and journalist Gabriel Dávalos was exhibited this Friday in the well-known Workers’s Square in Camaguey city.

During the Press Conference, the photographer, specialized in dance, expressed his gratitude to the Camagüey Ballet and referred to the “Matria” as the most intimate, endearing piece of land, woman and mother.

With a total of eleven pieces, Dávalos intends to bring dance in urban settings, both to Camagüey people and to other inhabitants of the island.

After six months of showing his exhibition in the city of Camagüey, it is estimated that “Matria” will reach other places of the province.
