Youth and innocence bloom to paint a different April 4th. Along with the heritage of a city that welcomes its children to provide them with knowledge and pride, the birthdays of two organizations that have marked an unforgettable historical evolution are celebrated.

The OPJM and UJC celebrate 60 and 59 years respectively of dedication and growth, next to a people that continues to learn at every dawn.

In the Office of the Historian of Camagüey city it has not been different. The Local Committee that began with cheerful young people more than 20 years ago, today also shows commitment and drive towards the tasks assigned to it; each one, children of their time without losing their essence.

In the OPJM we are present, without wearing scarves on our chests, because the link with the pioneers of the Martha Abreu elementary school, located in the Carmen Square, makes us dream like children in every activity we help to prepare.

The heritage classrooms project also links the institution with the history and the children that make up the Pioneers Organization. With each project that the Office shares with the little ones, we feel part of their dreams; that is why today we are also part of this anniversary.

A different April 4th, due to the COVID-19, quarantine areas, social isolation; but a unique April 4th; due to the love and affection that continues to multiply in each little heart that feels and does for children and young people in Cuba.
