Another year of suffering envelops the hearts of Cubans. The sabotage perpetrated against El Encanto store and the heroic death of the Cuban Faith of the Valley, who tried to save the people’s goods, can never be erased from the memory of this grateful country that has lost thousands of valuable children like her.

The departure of the Cuban woman who learned to make hats since she was 17 years old, who was in charge of the children’s sale department of the renowned and exclusive boutique El Encanto, marked only one more footprint in Cuba’s pain.

Fe del Valle not only carried the hope and kindness in his name, but radiated as a woman heir to the lineage of Mariana courage and determination the moment he returned after leaving alive to rescue the banknotes of the fundraiser with the goal of building circles for children, because in their conscience could not weigh such loss.

The men and women who were children at that time will remember with sadness and gratitude at the same time the heroic action of Fe, because thanks to their gesture that still hurts in every Cuban, they could attend the children’s circles and today, they give back that action that she knew how to deliver without knowing them; in the production and development of a free Cuba and example for the world.

This April 13, as every day in which the loss of an unconditional Cuban suffers, our land paid with its courageous blood rises to demand justice and pay homage.
